Conzut is a digital platform that enables users to create, host, discover, and participate in online communities, programs, and consulting-based services. We provide the infrastructure — creators independently offer their services and content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Conzut. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Creator and Member Roles

Conzut operates as a platform connecting creators and members:

• Creators are responsible for their content, pricing, services, and delivery.
• Members are responsible for evaluating and choosing which groups or programs to join.

Conzut is not a party to agreements between creators and members.

5. Payments and Billing

Conzut may integrate with third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe) for subscription billing.

• All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• You agree to their terms when making payments.
• Creators are responsible for their own pricing, refunds, and customer policies.

Conzut does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

Creators may be required to pay subscription or platform fees to use Conzut services. Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You grant Conzut a limited license to host and display your content.
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights.

Conzut reserves the right to remove content that violates laws or these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading practices
• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate others or misuse identities
